All Things Altered - March 22nd - 23rd

Welcome to
If you just left  GLORIA then you are in the right spot
if you just got here and would like to start
from the beginning click HERE

It's officially Spring.....
Okay Mother Nature is playing with us this week
It's still cold outside and some places are still getting snow

Well anyone who knows me that I love
to recycle as much as possible
so for a while I've been collecting paper towel rolls and toilet paper rolls
My hubby just looks at me and sighs
Gotta love him

I have been inspired by peacocks and iron to make

FAUX IRON
PEACOCK
WALL DECOR
Honestly I cannot tell you how many rolls
I used

my little Kymora created her own painting
about a couple of weeks ago
couldn't help but to place it behind my peacock
Very happy how it came out.
I might go ahead and get some spray paint
and color it royal blue, teal, purple
or just leave as is

What do you think?

OMG, I can't believe you rolled all the metal, what amazing piece of "ART", I am in awe and love that used your little ones coloring piece as part of your project. Thanks for being a part of the All Things Altered Blog Hop. Again, amazing.

No! Don't paint it. I LOVE it just the way it is. How special that you can use your daughter's painting behind it. I think it looks fabulous.

Love how the colors on the outside of the "feathers" is darker and then goes to lighter shade toward the body.

Tons of inspiration on this hop!

What a wonderful idea for toilet paper rolls. I am fond of peacocks and you made such a beautiful one. I love the background your little girl painted, too. She must take after her mom. :)

the peacock is beautiful. And it's beneficial because it is made from pieces of recycled paper.

This is amazing! I've also been saving toilet paper rolls for ages, but to make a bunch of mini books. This is an awesome idea! And I love Kymora's art too, she is obviously taking after her mom, you both have the same sense of color!
