STEAMPUNK - [steem-puhngk] - Steampunk is a subgenre of speculative fiction, usually set in an anachronistic Victorian or quasi-Victorian alternate history setting. It could be described by the slogan "What the past would look like if the future had happened sooner." It includes fiction with science fiction, fantasy or horror themes. 

Medieval Steampunk: Speculative fiction set during the Middle Ages. 

Victorian Steampunk: A modern Science Fiction work (post-1930s) that is set in the early parts of the industrial revolution. 

Western Steampunk: Science fiction set in the American Old West. 

Industrial/Modern Steampunk: Science fiction taking place in the late industrial age, early modern age; i.e. World War 1, World War 2

steampunk is a growing trend that has taken a form of its own through fashion and in the crafting world.  Either you love it or you don't. Eclectic in it's own right and uniquely beautiful.  I have evolved in mycrafting abilities and now greatly inspired by the steampunk era.

Hello Ladies,

Have a long week of fun and fabulous projects next week.  Exhausted from this past weekend.

My interpretation of this song is

my life was wild and crazy and in a spiral going down

Noticing that life was slipping through my hands and not having no sense of direction

Then my daughter came and changed everything

Cleaned up and woke up

Found God

found a husband

and was fruitful and multiplied

The winged hearts are represents my family

the background represents

 how I came out of darkness

and rose in victory over my life now

My faith is the key

red tiny hearts are my children

I am fabulous and Happy

and have a purpose for living as it was intended to be
