A Thanking We Will Go!!!!

Hello Everyone!  If you just left Iva's blog then you are in the right spot.  This blog hop has become more special to me as the days progressed. I always suggest to my fellow crafters to slow down and enjoy life.  I tell no lie - I run like a chicken without a head most of the time.  I really had to reflect about all the things to be thankful for.

So I decided to make a thankful box
for my family and friends for
Thanksgiving Holiday
 INGREDIENTS
1 - 3X3 Craft Box
Card Stock and Patterned Paper
All Purpose Glue
Foam Brush
Metalic Paint (gold)
Gold Glitter
Ribbon
4 Handmade Rosettes or store bought
Stickles (Orage Opt.)
Hot Glue Gun
Flowers

 Cartridges
Base Camp
W 2.605x H .478
Layer and Background
Welded letters together

Paint the insde of box and lid with prior
 to applying patterened paper
Trace patterned paper on the bottom
and around sides and cut one long strip
Brush all purpose glue and apply patterened paper
Purpored glitter in bowl and dipped top of box

Cut a stip of paper and fold in
half to adhere to thankful sign
(Not shown)- hot gue sign on top of lid and
apply all purpose glue on top of black flap
and add glitter. Let dry.
I typed and printed out listing with meaning of each word.
Cartridge: Plaintiain for Leaf W 2.605 - H.478
Will download if it's is requested.

Added monograph clear stamps to give demention
used color box green
Inkadinkado Clear Stamps

Thankful…

Home – to lay your head and rest
Food – to be nourished
Breath - to live
Mind – think and remember
Heart – to beat and love
Eyes – to see the beauty in life
Ears – to listen
Mouth – to talk and sing
Hands – to touch and feel
Arms – to hold and embrace
Legs – to walk and run
Feet – to step or leap forward

Look at the person next to you
Live – Love – Laugh
We are not promised tomorrow!

Happy Thanksgiving
2010

Adheared two ribbons together. Add your Rosetts.

 Add words to your box
 Place Thankful Sentiment on Charger
then add clear glass plate on tope

I hope you enjoyed this journey.
