Welcome

Days are counting down till Christmas is here

Hoping that all the designers are

giving you enough eye candy for wonderful projects

you can create yourself.

Today's image

really hit home I am sucker for 

big and small events

2006 I got married and we had

a 175 sit down reception

at a the Mexican Fine Arts Museum in

Chicago.  It was beautiful and very memorable

Since I am part Mexican 

we had Mariachis sing and Folkloric Dancers

as entertainment as oppose to some

American traditions

To see my husband dancing up there with maracas 

well - no words you can imagine

2016

would be 10 years of marriage

and I would like to 

renew our vows

with the sun setting in Jamaica 

with a few very close friends and family

so I decided to create this future

Graduation is a fun time
when to you see your family and friends
complete in their lives

graduate.

cut corners for time


CUPCAKE TOPPERS OR CENTERPIECE

6" Chipboard with a 2" center

3" Styrofoam ball

2 -  2"x12" cardstock

Die Cut With a View Back to School

Cut chipboard in section towards the second circle and pleat

score 12" stripes of paper in 1/4" increments

glue to the two 2" pieces of paper together

and hot glue the pleats together

then remove styrofoam ball

took a shot cut and used glittered tissue paper that I bought

from the dollar store (folded in half and trimed off approximate 4iches

 used regular glue and adhered the tissue paper

 added extra white trim to the edge of the cupcake

completed by placing all the cupcake toppers on this faux cupcake for a centerpiece prop

Who can forget mom from the beginning.

Can you believe I call my mom

E-V-E-R-Y morning

before I go to work?

Yes it's true

She is the best mom ever and if we

don't talk to each other it's just not normal.

She had the biggest golden heart

on this earth and her acts of kinds

has no words

Yep! I love my mom.

This is dedicated to those who have lost

their moms also. Close your eyes and take a deep breath

and remember the good times.

Leslie Rahye's - Very Merry Steampunk Blog Hop - December 8th

We have finally reached the last moth of the year so Leslieraye wanted to do a 

Very Merry Holiday Steampunk Hop.

I wanted to design one in winter blue and white

but did not realize that I did not not have the inks to

color the foil tape

so I colored it traditional vintage christmas colors
